Privacy Policy
Last updated 8 August 2026
This policy explains what information CarrierProfit collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short because there isn’t much to say: we collect what you type into the application form, and we use it to talk to you about the program.
Who we are
CarrierProfit (“we”, “us”) operates this website and the CarrierProfit masterclass. For any privacy question, contact george@securahaul.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the application form, we collect your name, role or title, company name, company email address, USDOT number, fleet size, your description of the biggest profit problem in your operation, and how you heard about CarrierProfit.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. These are used for security and reliability, not for marketing profiles.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. This site is intended for business use by trucking company leadership.
Why we use it
- To review your application and assess fit for an upcoming convoy.
- To contact you about your application, and to verify your operating authority.
- To send you a confirmation email when your application is received.
- To answer questions you send us, and to keep a record of that correspondence.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
We rely on your consent (given when you tick the box on the application form) and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site — which pages get read, and how many visitors reach the application form. It sets cookies in your browser and records information such as your approximate location, device and browser, and the pages you viewed.
We use this in aggregate, to improve the site. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not run advertising or remarketing cookies. You can opt out across all sites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser. The site works normally either way.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for. We share information only with service providers that make this site work:
- Resend — delivers the confirmation email to you and the notification email to us. See Resend’s privacy policy.
- Google Analytics — measures site usage. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider — serves this website and keeps standard server logs.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep application details for as long as needed to evaluate your application and for our ongoing business relationship, and afterwards only as long as required for legal or accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. Email george@securahaul.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Security
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and handled by reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we do not keep more information than we need.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to applicants directly where practical.
