Terms & Conditions
Last updated 8 August 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and your participation in the CarrierProfit masterclass. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to them.
The program
CarrierProfit is an executive masterclass for trucking company leadership, delivered online. It runs as a convoy of eight modules over 21 weeks, with places limited to 10 carriers per convoy.
The company leader is expected to attend the full masterclass and to assign a module owner from their team for each module. This participation model is how the program works; it is not optional.
Applications and places
Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. We review each application for fit and confirm availability directly. We may decline an application at our discretion.
A place is confirmed only once we have confirmed it to you in writing and any agreed fee has been paid. Places are allocated in the order applications are received, subject to fit.
Fees, payment and cancellation
Fees, payment schedule, cancellation terms and any refund policy are set out in the agreement or invoice provided to you when your place is confirmed. Those documents govern the commercial relationship and take precedence over this page where they differ.
We may need to reschedule a convoy. If we do, you may transfer to the next convoy or request a refund of fees paid for the undelivered portion.
What’s included
The program includes module workbooks, profitability scorecard templates, the leadership review framework, and access to the SecuraHaul Safety Platform. The specific scope and duration of platform access will be confirmed with your place.
No guarantee of results
CarrierProfit provides education, frameworks and tools. It does not guarantee any particular financial outcome. Results depend on your own operation, data, decisions and follow-through. Nothing on this site or in the program is a promise or projection of profit, cost reduction or revenue.
The program is not financial, legal, tax, insurance, safety-compliance or accounting advice. It does not create a professional advisory relationship. You remain solely responsible for your company’s decisions and for its compliance with all applicable regulations, including FMCSA and DOT requirements.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information in your application and during the program.
- Attend as the model requires, and assign owners as agreed.
- Keep your own records and make your own operational decisions.
- Do not use the program or materials for any unlawful purpose.
Confidentiality
Convoys involve carriers discussing real numbers. Information shared by another participant during the program is confidential and must not be disclosed outside the convoy or used for competitive purposes.
We treat the operational and financial information you share with us as confidential, and will not disclose it to other participants without your agreement.
Intellectual property
All program materials — workbooks, templates, frameworks, recordings and the contents of this website — remain our property. You may use them internally within your own company. You may not resell, publish, redistribute or use them to deliver a competing program.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the program or this website is limited to the fees you have paid to us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you apply is the version that applies to your application. Material changes affecting confirmed participants will be communicated directly.
